I came across this video today. Pretty much sums up how obnoxious Facebook can be.
These guys are pretty funny. I found this video after watching a great video about Wii breakfast.

Election Day
I hope you've taken the time to vote. If you haven't, and time hasn't run out yet, let this speak to you. It brings me close to tears. Yes we can.
I did. Did you?

Just Kidding
Kristen Wiig has to be one of the funniest things to happen to Saturday Night Live in a long time. in fact the whole show seems to have gotten funnier after experiencing a dearth of humor over the past several years. It's actually enjoyable to watch.
I was never a Tina Fey fan, but I have to say that her return to poke fun at Republican vice presidential candidate Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska has been fantastic and spot on.
Not kidding.

All Hail the McRib!
I had intended to post a picture of the McRib I bought to have for lunch today... but I ate it.
Then I intended to post a picture of the empty, barbecue sauce-stained box... but my fingers were too sticky and I didn't want to touch my camera. So I'll just tell you about it. It was delicious! What made it even better were the perfectly cooked and salted McD's fries and syrupy sweet Dr. Pepper. That's my kind of lunch!
Each time the McRib comes around, my sister and I call or text to let the other of us know it's back for another round. This year I saw a commercial first and texted her. She hadn't heard yet.
This was my second tasty McDonald's rib samich since it came back a week or two ago, which is funny because I couldn't tell you the last time I ate at McDonald's. I've been pretty good about eschewing fast food, but I can't stay away when the McRib rolls into town.
For those of you who don't know the pleasure of a McRib, I feel for you, dearies, I really do. Do they sell McRibs at McDonald's in other countries? Obviously not in the Arab world, but what about Norway?
I just found this video, and I have to say I was LMAOROFL.
Not really, but it's pretty funny. I think this guy could be my Asian doppleganger. Freaky.
There is also "The McRib Song" posted by firemanjoe182 (you can read the lyrics here and spare yourself from the performance, or click the link above and check it out, but don't say I didn't warn you):
It's the thought that counts.

driving down the freeway
then, i saw the sign
dont care how much i have to pay
i just want that sandwich to be mine
cause i'm craving for your taste
your sauce on my face
and you know my last wish
is just one more McRibWich
i waited forever for you
it was worth every minute
and you know i bever had a clue
so now i'm gonna sing it
i'm craving for your taste
your sauce on my face
and you know my last wish
is just one more McRibWich
one bite, i was addicted
my satisfaction complete
my heart and hunger were fed
by this glorious piece of meat
i'm craving for your taste
your sauce on my face
and you know my last wish
is just one more McRibWich
i'm craving for your taste
your sauce on my face
and you know my last wish
is just one last McRibWich
It's the thought that counts.

Team Hoyt
If this doesn't bring a tear to you eye, there's something wrong with you.
I heard about this amazing father and son team some time back and got an e-mail today with a link to this video and just had to share it.
From their Web site:
Remarkable, to say the least.

From their Web site:
Dick and Rick Hoyt are a father-and-son team from Massachusetts who together
compete just about continuously in marathon races. And if they’re not in a marathon they are in a triathlon — that daunting, almost superhuman, combination of 26.2 miles of running, 112 miles of bicycling, and 2.4 miles of swimming.
Together they have climbed mountains, and once trekked 3,735 miles across
America.
It’s a remarkable record of exertion — all the more so when you
consider that Rick can't walk or talk.
Remarkable, to say the least.

OUCH!
Now I understand why police officers sometimes say they didn't give a suspect a field sobriety test because they didn't want them to hurt themselves.
